  • 2 slice sourdough bread (thick-cut, toasted)
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp flaky sea salt
  • 2 eggs (poached or fried)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning (optional)

How to Make It

    Toast bread until very crispy.

    Mash avocado with lemon juice and a pinch of salt — leave it slightly chunky.

    Spread avocado generously on toast.
