BBQ Baby Back Ribs

Fall-off-the-bone tender ribs with a smoky dry rub and sticky barbecue glaze.

4 servings
  • 2 lb baby back ribs (2 racks)
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce

How to Make It

    Preheat oven to 300°F. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.

    Mix all dry rub ingredients together. Coat ribs generously on all sides.

    Wrap each rack tightly in foil and place on a baking sheet.

    Bake for 2.5 hours until very tender.

    Open foil carefully, brush with BBQ sauce, and broil or grill for 5-10 minutes until caramelized.

    Rest 5 minutes, then slice between bones and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
