Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 large flour tortillas (extra-large)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 cup refried beans (warmed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup guacamole
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

How to Make It

    Brown beef with taco seasoning per package directions.

    Warm tortillas wrapped in a damp cloth in the microwave for 30 seconds.

    Spread refried beans down the center of each tortilla.

    Layer with rice, beef, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and lettuce.

    Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly from the bottom.
