  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 4 clove garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 cup canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cup kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 green onions (sliced, for topping)

How to Make It

    Brown ground beef in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat.

    Add onion and bell pepper, cook 5 minutes until softened. Add garlic, cook 1 minute.
