- 2 romaine lettuce (hearts, chopped)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp anchovy paste
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 3 slice crusty bread (cubed for croutons)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp black pepper
How to Make It

Toss bread cubes with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Toast in a 375°F oven 10-12 minutes until golden.

Whisk together mayonnaise, garlic, anchovy paste, mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire.

Stir in half the Parmesan. Season with black pepper. Thin with 1-2 tbsp water if needed.

Toss romaine with enough dressing to coat well.

Top with croutons and remaining Parmesan. Serve immediately.
