Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 lb skirt steak
  • ΒΌ cup orange juice
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 4 clove garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ΒΌ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 8 flour tortillas (warmed)
  • 1 cup pico de gallo (store-bought or homemade)

How to Make It

    Combine all marinade ingredients in a zip-lock bag. Add steak and marinate 2-4 hours.

    Remove steak from marinade and pat dry. Bring to room temperature 30 minutes before cooking.

    Grill over very high heat 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.

    Rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.

    Serve with warm tortillas, pico de gallo, guacamole, and fresh cilantro.
