  • 4 chicken breasts (pounded thin)
  • 8 ham slices (thin)
  • 4 slice Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter

How to Make It

    Lay ham and cheese on each chicken breast. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.

    Dredge in flour, egg, then panko. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

    Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.

    Make sauce: melt butter, whisk in mustard. Add broth and cream. Simmer until thickened.
