  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 ½ cup marinara sauce
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella (sliced)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil (for garnish)

How to Make It

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Set up dredging station: flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
