- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 clove garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
How to Make It

Marinate chicken strips in coconut milk, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and salt for 1 hour.

Make peanut sauce: whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, garlic, and pepper flakes. Thin with warm water.
