- 2 lb chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 4 pita bread
- ½ cup garlic sauce (toum) or tahini
- 1 cup sliced tomatoes, onion, pickles
How to Make It

Marinate chicken in lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and all spices for 2-4 hours.

Cook on a hot grill or grill pan 5-7 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
