Ingredients

- 3 lb littleneck clams (scrubbed)
- 3 lobster tails
- 3 ears of corn (halved)
- 1 ½ lb small red potatoes
- ½ lb andouille sausage (sliced)
- 2 cup beer or white wine
- ½ cup butter (melted, for serving)
- 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 4 clove garlic
- 2 lemon (halved)
How to Make It
- 1
Add beer, 2 cups water, Old Bay, and garlic to a large pot. Bring to a boil.

Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes.

Add sausage and corn. Cook 5 minutes.

Add clams and lobster tails. Cover tightly and steam 10-12 minutes until clams open.

Discard any unopened clams.

Pour everything onto newspaper or a platter. Serve with melted butter and lemon.
