Deviled Eggs

  • 12 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (for garnish)

How to Make It

    Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Cover and rest 12 minutes.

    Transfer to an ice bath. Peel when cool.

    Halve eggs lengthwise. Pop yolks into a bowl.

    Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, relish, and salt until smooth.

    Pipe or spoon filling back into egg whites. Dust with paprika.
