- 8 oz dark chocolate (70%) (chopped)
- ¾ cup butter
- 1 ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp salt
How to Make It

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9x9 pan.

Melt chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave. Let cool slightly.

Whisk in sugar, then eggs, yolk, and vanilla until smooth and glossy.
