- 5 tbsp butter (melted)
- 3 tbsp sugar
- ⅔ cup key lime juice (freshly squeezed (~20 key limes))
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped, for serving)
How to Make It

Mix crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into a 9" pie plate. Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.

Whisk condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice, and zest until smooth.

Pour into warm crust. Bake 15 minutes until set with a slight jiggle.

Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 2 hours.
