- 1 ½ lb ground lamb
- ½ onion (grated)
- 3 clove garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (minced)
- 1 ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 4 pita bread (for serving)
- ½ cup tzatziki (store-bought or homemade)
How to Make It

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate 30 minutes.

Divide into 8 portions. Shape each around a flat metal skewer into a log shape.
