  • 1 ½ lb cooked lobster meat (chopped into chunks)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 celery (stalk, finely diced)
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives (chopped)
  • 4 split-top hot dog buns
  • 2 tbsp butter (for toasting buns)
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper

How to Make It

    Mix lobster with mayo, lemon juice, celery, chives, salt, and pepper.
