- 2 cup graham crackers (crushed into crumbs)
- 5 tbsp butter (melted)
- 32 oz cream cheese (4 blocks, room temperature)
- 1 ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
How to Make It

Mix crumbs with melted butter. Press into a greased 9" springform pan. Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese until completely smooth. Gradually beat in sugar.

Mix in sour cream, cream, vanilla, and lemon juice. Beat in eggs one at a time on low speed.

Pour over crust. Wrap pan in foil. Bake in a water bath at 325°F for 75-80 minutes until set but with a slight jiggle in center.

Turn off oven, crack door, and let cool 1 hour inside oven.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve with fresh berries or berry sauce.
