  • 14 oz paneer (cubed)
  • 1 lb fresh spinach (blanched)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 4 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 jalapeño or green chile
  • 4 naan (for serving)
  • 2 cup basmati rice (cooked, optional)

How to Make It

    Blanch spinach 2 minutes, drain, and blend with jalapeño until smooth.

    Fry paneer cubes until golden on all sides. Set aside.

    Melt butter, add cumin seeds until they sizzle. Sauté onion until golden.

    Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes and cook until pulpy.

    Stir in spices, then spinach puree. Simmer 5 minutes.

    Add cream and paneer. Simmer 5 more minutes. Season and serve with naan or rice.
