- Β½ lb ground pork
- ΒΌ lb shrimp (finely chopped)
- 1 cup napa cabbage (finely chopped and salted)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 3 green onions (minced)
- 36 dumpling wrappers (round)
- Β½ tsp sugar
How to Make It

Salt cabbage, let sit 10 minutes, then squeeze out all water.

Mix pork, shrimp, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, green onions, and sugar.

Place 1 tsp filling in center of each wrapper. Pleat and seal.

Line a bamboo steamer with parchment. Place dumplings without touching.

Steam over boiling water 8-10 minutes until cooked through.

Serve with soy-ginger dipping sauce.
