- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cup napa cabbage (finely chopped, salted and drained)
- 3 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 green onions (minced)
- 36 dumpling wrappers
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar and soy sauce (for dipping sauce)
How to Make It

Mix pork, drained cabbage, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.

Fill and pleat dumplings (1 tsp filling each), sealing edges with water.

Heat oil in a non-stick skillet. Place dumplings flat-side down, cook 2-3 minutes until golden.

Add 1/3 cup water and immediately cover. Steam 5-6 minutes.

Uncover, cook until water evaporates and bottoms re-crisp.

Serve with dipping sauce of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili oil.
