- 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed very dry)
- 14 oz canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 3 clove garlic (minced)
- ¾ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- ¾ cup Gruyère or mozzarella (shredded)
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
How to Make It

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sour cream, mayo, and garlic.

Fold in spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, half the Gruyère, and pepper flakes.

Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining Gruyère.
